One priority

Keep a short routine and observe what helps baby settle, without changing several things at once.

What the app shows

Data used: the bedtimes, wakes and comforts you logged

No promise about duration or number of wakes

Suggested routine
  • Check hunger, pain, illness and comfort
  • Use the same short calming routine
  • Place baby on their back on a firm, flat, clear surface
If baby wakes

First check whether baby seems unwell, in pain or hungry. Respond to hunger and comfort cues; if everything is usual, follow the next step selected for your comfort level.

Remember

A harder night is not automatically progress. Comfort, pause and reassess if anything worries you.

Educational example, not medical advice. The app cannot see your baby or replace a professional.

Transparent sources and explicit limits

Founder & Parent

I built DodoCare so an exhausted parent can see one clear next step without interpreting ten conflicting tips.

I was waking every two hours with my son and reading contradictory advice at 3am. I built DodoCare to turn public guidance into short, traceable steps that still make sense when you are exhausted.

Built by a parent who's been there

Safety comes first, always. After that, the only thing that changes for you is the wording and how it fits your family — never the advice itself.

Your plan comes from sleep guidance we wrote down step by step from public health sources — not from an AI making things up. Those written steps decide when to keep going, when to pause, and when to tell you to call a doctor. The AI only puts them into plain words for your night: it never invents advice, it does not diagnose, and it cannot change what the steps say.

Coaching, not medical advice. Before 6 months: safer routines, responsive comfort and feeding only.

Common questions

DodoCare covers 4-18 months, but not with the same options. Before 6 months it stays with safer routines, responsive comfort and feeding. From 6 months, behavioural options first require a health, feeding and family-context screen.
You set the limits. If crying increases, your baby seems unusual or you are no longer comfortable, the instruction is to comfort, pause and reassess—never to automatically frame worsening as progress.
There is no single method. We check your baby's age, health, safer sleep and feeding first — and if something looks off, the app stops coaching and points you to a doctor instead. When coaching is a good fit, we pick the right steps from written sleep science, and the AI simply turns them into a few short instructions for your night. It never invents advice of its own.
Every baby is different. The 3-day trial lets you see if the approach fits your family — no card required, no obligation. If it's not right, no hard feelings.
DodoCare reduces some risks but cannot guarantee safety or replace a professional. Fixed safety rules, written in advance, stop the coaching as soon as you report illness or a danger sign, and show you the next step to take. If you are worried, things worsen or you are unsure, seek medical advice.
That's completely normal. You set your comfort level during onboarding, and you can switch to a gentler approach at any time. The app also has a break mode — some nights, rest is more important than progress.
DodoCare is a self-guided tool: it structures your observations and shows one simple next step, including at night. It cannot observe your baby and does not replace a professional examination, judgement or individual follow-up.
Yes. You can invite your partner so both parents see the same plan and log night events from the same information.
You get a Graduation Summary — a personalized document with everything that worked for your baby, accessible forever. If sleep breaks down later (teething, travel, illness), you can purchase a targeted Regression Pack for €9.
If you report an illness or danger sign, the app stops coaching and the timer, then shows the action for that urgency level. Coaching resumes only after the situation is clarified and you choose to restart it.
