DodoCare ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our baby sleep coaching application.

• Email address for account creation and communication
• Baby's name, birthdate, and sleep-related information
• Daily check-ins, sleep patterns, and progress data
• Your coaching preferences, questions to the assistant, and free-text notes

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized sleep coaching plans
• Track your baby's sleep progress over time
• Adapt guidance to the information and feedback you provide
• Send important updates and reminders

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Depending on the features you use, our providers process data for application hosting (Vercel), accounts and the database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), generation of answers and plans (OpenAI), email delivery (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry), and, only with your consent, analytics and session recordings (PostHog). Sleep information, notes, and questions needed for generation may be sent to the AI provider.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is hosted and processed by the providers listed above. Processing locations depend on each service and its configuration; we cannot guarantee here that all processing stays within the European Union. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of your personal data

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. No analytics measurement is sent before you accept: until you give your consent, our analytics tool stays switched off, sends nothing and stores no identifier. With your consent, PostHog measures usage and may record sessions to improve the app; input fields are masked, but events may be linked to your account. You can manage your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in our footer.

Children's Privacy

While our app helps parents with their babies' sleep, the app is designed for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the app.
