Description of Service

DodoCare provides AI-powered baby sleep coaching through personalized daily plans, progress tracking, and guidance. Our service is delivered through a web application.

Medical Disclaimer

DodoCare is NOT a medical service. Our recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace advice from your pediatrician or healthcare provider. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns about your baby's sleep or health.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Program and Payments

After the three-day free trial, access to the paid program requires a purchase you choose to make:

• The 14-day program is charged once at the price shown before payment; no purchase is triggered automatically when the trial ends
• This purchase does not create a subscription or recurring charge; you can delete your account from settings
• For a withdrawal or refund request, contact legal@dodocare.be. Your applicable consumer rights remain in effect

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your baby's sleep
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt our service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DodoCare are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

DodoCare is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

Governing Law

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
