DodoCare provides AI-powered baby sleep coaching through personalized daily plans, progress tracking, and guidance. Our service is delivered through a web application.

DodoCare is NOT a medical service. Our recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace advice from your pediatrician or healthcare provider. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns about your baby's sleep or health.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscription and Payments

Our paid plans are billed as follows:

• Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your baby's sleep
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt our service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DodoCare are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
